Four fourteen year old friends dream of pop star fame, just like their favourite K-pop band, SUNDAYZ. When a battle of the bands competition is announced, and the winner gets flown to Korea to meet SUNDAYZ, they immediately enter, even though it's in the big and bustling city of Sydney.

Accompanied by their dolphin friend, Bubbles, the girls travel to Sydney, where they are soon selected. They are assigned a special pop band mentor and meet the other contestants. But their dreams of making music together start to fall away when their friendships falter. Not only are they led along more individual paths, their rival band, Nocturnal, is getting under their skin. A discordance creeps in; a dark gloom settling over their music and their friendship. Only if they can come back together in time, will they be able to use their musical abilities in harmony to overpower the discordance before it takes away everything they love.
