Known to the fans as the “SHAPES” guitar, Eddie debuted this guitar to the world on the 1981 tour cycle for the FAIR WARNING album. Ever the experimentalist, this guitar and its counterpart the “CIRCLES” guitar varied from his previous builds in the composition of the woods used in the construction and body thickness. Also new was the implementation of the newly developed locking tremolo system which was in its infancy at the time as a new development in the evolution of the electric guitar.

Eddie would prove to be the pioneer and universal ambassador of the locking tremolo system, now a defacto commonplace in guitar design.

This guitar also represented a return to use of the white with black colors in its graphic design as used in the original guitar he used in the beginning of his career adorned in white with black stripes and well known to fans as the original “SUPER STRAT”.

This particular guitar is the original and genuine article used by Eddie in 1981 on the Fair Warning tour.

Each model is officially licensed by EVH and handcrafted with amazing detail. Each ornamental replica guitar is 1:4 scale and is individually handcrafted from solid wood, with metal tuning keys

Each guitar model is approximately 10” in length and comes complete with a high-quality miniature adjustable A-frame stand and an EVH guitar case gift box stamped with silver foil.
