It features duets with Bing Crosby and Rudy Vallee, and performances accompanied by the orchestras of Jimmy Dorsey, Victor Young, Harry Sosnik, Phil Ohman and Earle Hagen. She was a singer very much of her era, her repertoire drawn from Broadway and Hollywood, including movies in which she appeared, as well as the hot material coming from Tin Pan Alley, and this is an enjoyable showcase for her talents as an entertainer.
