AGES: 8 to 12 AUTHORS: Evelyne Stein-Fischer was born in Paris, and lives in Vienna. She studied journalism, worked as a journalist, graphic designer and a book illustrator. Today she is a prolific children and young adults' book author. She is very enthusiastic about working with children and is convinced that every child has a special ability. So far she has published over twenty books, some of which have been translated into several languages. Inge Bratusch-Marrain, was born and raised in Vienna, and she holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. After studying, Inge set up a psychological service for kindergartens. Additionally she has trained in several psychotherapeutic methods. She has worked as a psychological counselor and consultant for youth departments for almost thirty years. Birgitta Heiskel was born in Frankfurt / Main. She studied at the University of Fine Arts in Braunschweig and has been working as a freelance illustrator mainly for book and magazine publishers in Vienna since 1990. She has already received several awards for her children's book illustrations. Bertelle. She has developed many educational experiences in Padua, London and Cuba.
