In many ways, this album an existential crisis played out in musical form as Eric captures many different parts of life and addresses many topics we often process only internally. It touches on questions of what it means to be alive, what is happiness, what makes us happy, what drives us, what makes us feel things, and why we exist at all. The intro song, House on a Hill, ponders many of these questions, and builds a home for these questions to live and be answered.

The album includes collaborations with HONNE on "Only for a Moment" and with Oh Wonder on "I Wish I Wasn't Me" as well as infectious hits with longtime collaborators such as Rabitt, Kevin Garrett, and more.
