During the 2015 Season of The Voice, Jeremy Ryan was one of the season favourites with the public. He received a lot of attention on the show when it become known that at the age 32 he was married with 7 Children (six girls and one boy, all under the age of 9). Jeremy's coach on the Voice Ricky Martin took a great warming to the family and worked really hard to convince Jeremy to choose him over potential rival coach Delta Goodrem. Ricky said "Think of me as one of of the family, as your eighth child" who later told Jeremy "Your blind audition was impeccable...I was literally melting on this chair" (the underlined bit was edited out and not shown on the show).
