In this third and final season, the fate of the Borgia family is revealed. Ruling Rome in the Popes absence, has made Lucrezia popular among the cardinals and citizens alike. But now Rodrigo Pope Alexander VI is back and must deal with a conspiracy that threatens the legitimacy of his claim to the Throne. Cesare, meanwhile, suffers a shameful defeat and asks the brilliant Leonardo da Vinci to invent a weapon that can cause untold destruction.
