Years after Maggie and Mitch bonded over their mutual love for Christmas during a road trip, they run intoeach other again; only this time Mitch has lost his love for the holiday after a string of bad luck. Determinedto remind him of his Christmas spirit, Maggie sends him a Secret Santa gift telling him to do a Christmastask. Mitch is a talk show radio DJ and shares his Secret Santa experience with his listeners. As the gifts gain notoriety from the news, Maggies boss sends her to document Mitch following through on all the tasks. Now in the story herself, Maggie must find a way to keep it under wraps that she is Mitchs secret Santa.
