Whilst simultaneously retaining a fondness for the musical gems of yesteryear and keeping a keen eye on the future, Jacob has been quietly tinkering away recording new material. Songs with a moodier bluesbased guitar backbone, held up vocally with a hint of the 'blue-eyed soul' vibes you might have found back within a 1950's-60's era barbershop quartet, peppered with the imaginative technicolour found in Brian Wilson and John Lennon's songwriting throughout the 60's & 70's, and projected into 2016 with electronically synthesised hip hop/dance beats and 'devil-may-care' swagger.
