Following an explosion of enthusiasm online, ANDY BLACK uncovered his first solo single, “We Don’t Have To Dance”. In addition, BLACK also revealed his full-length debut album, The Shadow Side [LAVA/Republic Records].

For the album, ANDY BLACK teamed up with producer John Feldmann [Panic! at the Disco, 5SOS, All Time Low]. Moreover, they tapped the talents of collaborators such as Fall Out Boy vocalist and guitarist Patrick Stump, Ashton Irwin (5SOS), Rian Dawson (All Time Low) and Joel Madden (Good Charlotte) contributed on the album as well and as a result, it’s a powerhouse debut album.

On the album BLACK says, “I am so excited to finally release my debut solo album, The Shadow Side. This record is truly a representation of my love of music and all of the influences that affected me the most in my formative stages. John Feldmann and an incredible ensemble of talented friends and guests helped me to create something that I am proud of in ways I can't begin to describe. I hope you enjoy it!”

ANDY BLACK is better know as the frontman for US rock band Black Veil Brides. In Australia, Black Veil Brides have sold over 21,000 albums, their previous two release S/T (2014) & Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones (2013) both reached the ARIA Albums Top 25. The group have also toured the country numerous times including performing on Soundwave Festival.
