Growing up surrounded by a country music family, Anita Ree presents as a modern day singer songwriter. Anita started to perform and tour professionally in 2003 after winning the Australian Bush Balladeers Starquest. Songs from the proceeding album gained national and international airplay, something which has continued on through to today as Anita promotes her latest album, ‘Long Way Round’.

Anita is a multi-award winner including several TSA Song writing awards, NT Katherine Song of the Year award as well as being a CMAA Golden Guitar finalist on two occasions. With a unique style all her own Anita sings songs of Australia and its people, representing our past achievers as well as our modern day way of life. A true Australian talent not to be missed.
