'Escape From Evil' is the third album from Baltimore indie rockers Lower Dens, featuring Lead single "To Die In L.A."

The band's first record since 2012's 'Nootropics,' 'Escape From Evil' is a cinematic, tonally rich work produced by band leader Jana Hunter and co-produced and mixed by Chris Coady (Beach House, Cass McCombs). Other production elements come from Ariel Rechtshaid (Sky Ferreira, Vampire Weekend) and Lower Dens' Walker Teret. Additional recording and production was done in Dallas, Texas with John Congleton (St. Vincent, The Walkmen).
