Arguably the most acclaimed comedy team in Australian history, Working Dog, are working on a new eight-part political satire TV show called Utopia, which will premiere on the ABC 2014. The show is said to look at the un-costed grand dreams and white elephants that have become the new political currency, including, desalination plants, very fast trains, broadband networks and property developments. It wont be the first political comedy the team has put together, their 2008 show The Hollowmen was a hilarious look at the spin doctors behind our leading politicians.
