Benjalu’s shows and recordings are the collaboration of fresh sea spray, the sun and the sand with a good dose of psych and melody. ‘The Battle’ is the bands 4th EP & anticipation amongst fans is high. Benjalu, hailing from Newcastle have taken the ‘old school’ approach to promoting their music. They have toured all around Australia the past 3 years, clocking up well over 600 shows including nearly 20 festival appearances. Somehow, in the midst of these there was a 14 show Canadian tour last year with Kim Churchill spanning from Vancouver to Montreal also including a showcase performance at NXNE. Benjalu, one to watch.
