Title Fight's 2nd full length album, Floral Green, is blitzkrieg fusion of hardcore punk, SonicYouth-style noise freak-outs, late 80's alternative, and post hardcore-in the vein of former tour mates Rise Against. With guidance from producer Will Yip the quartet from Kingston, PA's sophomore album sounds positively brilliant and edgy -- unlike anything else being released from the modern day hardcore scene. Ned Russin's bass barrels forward over twin brother Ben Russin's 4 on the floor mack truck style drums, with guitarists Jamie Rhoden and Shane Moran's intricate riffs twisting, pummeling riffs and careening around each other to create an atmospheric symphony around the rhythm section's powerful drive. Floral Green establishes the band as one of the most unique and brilliant bands around.
