Legendary lawman Marshal Matt Dillon (the iconic James Arness) is dragged out of retirement and thrust into the good old fashioned action of the west in the heart of Dodge City, Kansas. In a classic case of mistaken identity Dillon is forced into a desperate situation to clear his name. With the help of his beloved but headstrong daughter Beth (Amy Stock-Poynton) Dillon sets out to find the original perpetrator of the crime that has left him mistakenly branded and wanted: dead or alive.
