Confined to purgatory angels must fight for their future. Otonashi, a boy who has awakened with no memory of his former existence must come to grips with this brave new world. Often dynamic and hilarious Angel Beats is an action anime with guts, sometimes quite literally, and glory, with a rocking soundtrack thrown in for good measure.
