Jimmy Reardon is the head of a third generation west coast crime family. His activities are under surveillance from Vancouvers Organised Crime Unit (OCU), and he is a tempting target for the federal intelligence agency, Csis, which is looking to expand its undercover network. When a stolen briefcase containing fi les on OCUs top informants falls into Jimmys hands, threatening the very existence of the unit, both agencies will do whatever it takes to gain Jimmys cooperation and protect their innermost secrets.
