One Vital Word is a punk hardcore band from Newcastle who formed over three years ago to write and play fun, energetic, fast paced music that they could all enjoy as mates. Their energy filled stage presence that makes for a memorable show has seen them share the stage with the likes of Propagandhi, Irrelevant, Toe To Toe, Samsara, Mary Jane Kelly and many more. A year after the independent release of their self titled EP, their follow up offering "Early Days" was recorded at Capulet Studios by Mitta Norath and mastered in Baltimore by Paul Leavitt. The result is a new EP that shows amarked improvement and maturity in the bands songwriting and recording producing the most passionate and heartfelt music One Vital Word has ever created.
