I've Dreamed Of You

The new album from Gregory Moore “I’ve Dreamed Of You” is a journey of contemporary and traditional Celtic songs. Produced, arranged and conducted by Sean O’Boyle with the Queensland Pops Orchestra. Celtic music is loved the world over with some of the biggest recording stars of all time having enjoyed international success in this genre of music. With his warm lyrical tenor voice it was a perfect choice for Gregory Moore to record songs from many Celtic landscapes and times, old and new. “I’ve Dreamed Of You” features songs composed by internationally renowned Norwegian group, Secret Garden including the very special title track with lyrics written for Barbra Streisand who sang this song at her wedding to actor James Brolin, the highly inspirational song “You Raise Me Up”. Also timeless, Celtic favourites such as Danny Boy, The Water Is Wide, Galway Bay, The Last Rose Of Summer, The Minstrel Boy and more!

In addition the album features the world premiere recording of 2 new songs, The End Of The Day and Sail Boat. Both are Celtic, majestic and cinematic in style with music composed by the album’s producer Sean O’Boyle. Sail Boat and The Water Is Wide are further featured in the touring stage concert series Scotland The Brave. The album also features a special guest vocalist in world-renowned American soprano Suzanne Kompass singing on several tracks, Sail Boat, The Water Is Wide and a complete duet on the stunning new song The End Of The Day. Also featured on the album is a special bonus track “Making A Difference” as a world premiere performance from the forthcoming new Australian musical written by Paul Dellit (music) and Peter Pinne (Lyrics). With its soaring melody and spectacular orchestration this is a perfect anthem showcasing Greg’s versatility.
