Having left behind their homes, Simon, Kamina, Yoko and the new members of Team Gurren travel the land to locate the headquarters of the Beastmen. Along the way, they face many obstacles and are joined by even more allies in the fight against the Beastmen's seemingly endless armies. Gurren Lagann and a small group of captured Gunmen prepare for a massive battle against one of the Generals of the enemy, but the price they pay may be greater than anyone expected.
