One December Moon is Abi Tucker’s second album. Eight of Abi's solo tracks have appeared in three mainstream Australian TV series' Heartbreak High, The Secret Life of Us and McLeod's Daughters and on one feature film Angst, giving credit to Abi as a songwriter.
