Commander Hamilton is the leader of an elite Swedish military squadron. They have been commissioned by the Central Intelligence Agency to retrieve a stolen Russian SS 20 (1.5 Megaton) nuclear missile. The missile has fallen into the hands of a faction of the Soviet military and is being smuggled into Libya. However they run into problems when it's discovered that this is a decoy and the missile is already in the hands of the enemy. Now they must go undercover to retrieve the warhead, all the while dealing with a corrupt former CIA agent.
