Welcome to Valkenvania, the Twilight Zone of speed traps. One wrong turn off the New Jersey turnpike and yuptight stock market whiz, Chris Thorne and investment lawyer, Diane Lightson are there. One minor driving violation and they're hauled off by Vaulenvania's finest to the part-courtroom, part booby-trap funhouse of 106 year-old Justice of the Peace Alvin Valkenheiser.
