A few years back, Sara Storer was working as a teacher in the Northern Territory, Australia. After coming first at a NT talent quest Sara decided to follow her dream and secure a place at the prestigous Country Music Association Of Australia (CMAA) College of Country Music. Graduating in 2000 Sara soon recieved her first major award, the 'Best New Talent' 'Golden Guitar' at the 2001 Tamworth awards - for her debut album 'Chasing Buffalo'. But it was this, her second album, produced by Garth Porter (ex-Sherbet) which has bypassed all her expectations and put her firmly in the history books securing SEVEN of the 13 available 'Golden Guitars' at the 2004 awards.
