At this stage P!nk is an unofficial Australian citizen and that’s all thanks to her numerous #1 singles and albums on the Aria Charts, as well as her record breaking tours that have seen her play the highest number of shows in the country. Always bringing a theatrical show full of aerobatics and rock n roll energy, her fans have always been treated to a DVD recording so they can relive the magic over and over again. Her ‘Beautiful Trauma Tour’ was staged in 2018, and saw her delivering 31 kick ass shows across the country before performing another 128 globally. But to-date there has been no recording of the show with only rumours circling of what was actually filmed… well… until now.
‘All I Know So Far’ is a brand new concert film/documentary directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) which brings fans behind the scenes of the Wembley Arena dates of the tour. To coincide with the documentary premiering on Amazon Prime on May 21, she is also releasing the soundtrack which features 14 tracks from the live show, her MTV Video Vanguard Award Speech, recent single ‘Cover Me In Sunshine’, and the brand new single ‘All I Know So Far’.
The title track from the film plays as the films unofficial theme song and it’s an uplifting and empowering song all about creating your own history. Dedicated to her daughter, she shares her wisdom and the lessons that she’s learnt on her long and victorious journey. “I wish someone would have told me that this life is ours to choose” she sings during the pre-chorus.
Sonically following in the footsteps of her previous two records, this song is less angsty and is more reflective and melodic in its delivery which highlights her maturity and nurturing side that motherhood has brought into her life.
