Billie Eilish has excitingly announced that she’s dropping one of the biggest albums of the year on July 30. ‘Happier Than Ever’ is the singer-songwriter’s follow up to the GRAMMY award winning ‘WHEN WE ALL GO TO SLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?’. The 16 track collection features the singles ‘my future’, ‘Therefore I Am’ and ‘Your Power’ and promises to be an emotionally charged and relatable affair, which I am totally ready to have a good cry to.
Billie Eilish has connected on a global scale to people because of her candid vulnerability. Her story is honest, sincere and relatable and happened quite organically in the public eye. There was no big machine or talent show propelling her to stardom, it was all because of the fans connection to her. They felt like they knew her, and she felt like she knew them so she felt comfortable enough to open her heart and be her authentic self. That resonated so heavily through her debut album, and now she’s one of the biggest artist in the world, and has rivalled Lorde for one of the most impactful debuts. So with the momentum still at an all-time high, this new record will be one of the biggest and most talked about albums of the year, and rightfully so.
