On his eagerly anticipated third disc 'Come Home With Me', the brother called Cameron 'Killa Cam' Giles dives deep into the heaven and hell that is Harlem. "If people watch music videos, they might think Harlem is some giant amusement park where people in glitter suits dance around all day," says Cam'ron. "My record is not about the Harlem shakers or Bill Clinton on 125th Street. I want people to see that Harlem is still ghetto." Painting a complex portrait of life above 110th Street, who better to be our tour guide to the dark-side than this poetic native son?

First introduced to the public back in the day when his former high school buddy Ma$e was the still a bad boy, this former basketball crony Cam dropped the gold debut album, 'Confessions of Fire', in 1998. With the now classic tracks '3-5-7' and 'Horse & Carriage', which featured Ma$e on the hook, Cam's aggressive verbal skills shook the foundation that rap wasbuilt upon. The following year Cam's follow-up disc, 'Sports, Drugs and Entertainment' was also certified gold.

It was through Ma$e's introduction to the brilliant Notorious B.I.G., who would later hook him up with his first label deal, that Cam's luck began. In addition, Cam's lyrical skills sparkled before he even stepped in front of the mic when he ghostwrote Lil' Kim's blow-out single 'Crush On You'. With a signature sound that is a triumph of sonics and style,Cam'ron achieves greatness. Making his obsessions into aural pleasures, this fire-breather displays the confidence to be honest with his audience as well as with himself. With the release of 'Come Home With Me' one should prepare for the next takeover.
