is an album recorded in Japanese by iconic Korean city pop artist Kim Ah-reum in Japan, the origin of city pop. It is a work that perfectly reproduces city pop.

As it contains the unique linguistic charm of city pop that originated in Japan, 'AQUA CITY', re-recorded in Japanese, conveys a subtle but distinctly different emotion from the original song released in Korean in 2020.

The Japanese version of 'AQUA CITY' was recorded at a studio in Tokyo, Japan, and Japan's leading singer-songwriter Mayu Wakisaka participated in the lyrics adaptation and recording directing. Mayu Wakisaka is a lyricist, composer, and producer who participated in albums by Twice, Oh My Girl, and Loona in Korea.
