With a head both for inventing and suffering the occasional bump, Donatello is depicted in Adorkable form with two bandages forming an "X" above his left eye and a nevertheless happy-go-lucky, wide-eyed grin with tiny teeth peeking out from either side of his mouth. Sitting in the signature QMx Adorkables pose, he sports a purple bandana tied around his head and a Bo staff strapped to the back of his shell and wrapped in matching purple.
