Jason Lee 11 CD

The 11 track studio album is the latest work from Golden Guitar finalist and multi-award winning country artist, Jason Lee. This is Jason's second studio record, coming out 11 years since his debut studio album 'Better Late Than Never' in 2010 and has taken a journey that spans over 18 months in the making.

Why 11? “I decided on the title ‘11’ because there are 11 tracks and it kind of hit me” Lee says. “I was born on the 11th of 11th, there are 11 tracks, it’s been 11 years between records, 11 is 2 in roman numerals and it's my second album ... What else could I call it” he laughs!

This record, already being quite close to Jason’s heart, became much more special in February this year, when he lost his Mum to a battle with cancer. The third single lifted from the album after completion was the last track his mum had listened to during its mastering. A duet with all Australian girl, country music superstar, and one of Jason’s Mum’s favourite singers, Tania Kernaghan.

The album highlights love, pain, happiness, energy, and excitement! All this Jason Lee says’ he has experienced on his life journey. All of the tracks on this album have meaning, connection, and reflection on the country singer's journey. It features chart topping singles such as the Australian country radio number 1, vocal collaboration ‘Dust Beneath My Boots’ with Tania Kernaghan, ‘She's In It’, and ‘Whiskey Kinda Night’.
