Yusaku is heading home to the country for the first time in eight years to take on a summer internship in the country working at his uncle's clinic. While on the train he becomes smitten with the beautiful young woman sitting across the aisle. However, self-doubt leave him unable to summon the courage to speak to her. Upon arriving in his hometown friendships are rekindled with friends from his childhood, not to mention the gorgeous nurses, patients, and mysterious young girls at the hospital.
