Paul Kossoff has a deserved reputation for having been an outstanding guitarist, renowned for his fluid, slow, and melodic leads and bluesy riffs.
His untimely death, and the manner of his demise sadly often overshadow his achievements. Kossoff’s time with Free helped define blues rock in the late 1960’s. Following their initial split in 1971 Kossoff kept the spirit flowing with this one off album, recorded with fellow Free founder Simon Kirke, plus bassist Tetsu Yamauchi, and legendary keyboardist John ‘Rabbit’ Bundrick.
Bundrick supplied much of the composition on the album and there is an informative interview with Bundrick included in the packaging.
OOS for years, we are delighted to be able to make this album available again for blues rock collectors and those new to the Kossoff experience.
