Every generation needs a boy band. Ask anyone of any age if they remember the boy band of their time and they’ll be able to tell you within seconds whether it be The Beatles, The Backstreet Boys or One Direction. Now that One Direction have gone in several different directions we’re in desperate need of a new favourite and thankfully we’ve found them. 

Why Don’t We is five of the coolest teenagers in the US who have joined forces to form one of the smoothest boy bands on the planet. They formed just last year but already have 1.6 million Instagram followers as well as millions of plays on YouTube plus they’ve got fans all across the globe.

It’s partly because guys wanna be them and girls wanna date them, for their serenading skills...

But it’s also because they’ve got some serious vocal chops and the songs to match. From the soulful Something Different to the electronic Nobody Gotta Know, they are making pop that sounds like it’s pushing the genre in a new direction which is always exciting.
