The Sequel picks up a few months after Mack & Bradys perfect summer adventure. Back at school, Mack & Brady are finding it hard to keep their relationship on track as the pressure of schoolwork takes hold. Suddenly, to Mack & Bradys great surprise, their friends from WET SIDE STORY (WSS) show up. Although theyre happy to be reunited, Mack & Brady know from experience that the real world and movie world dont mix. So they try to convince the WSS kids to go back home where they belong. Despite this, Lela is enjoying the novelty and variety of the modern world and doesnt want to leave and the rest of the WSS kids follow suit. However, when Mack & Brady learn that the WSS kids will cease to exist if they stay in the real world, they have to work together and use the magic of Lelas necklace to get the WSS kids home safe before its too late.
