When Louisa Oxley (Kimberley Nixon), an old family friend, seeks refuge for her and her young son. Marple secures her a position at the nearby Greenshaw's Folly, a shambolic country pile of her dear friend, the eccentric botanist, Miss Greenshaw (Fiona Shaw).
