Time changes everything... but love. Set in india before independence, Ravi and Masha are forced to work as child labourers. Realizing that money determines whether one is free or enslaved, the ambitious and resolute Ravi works his way up, to leave the factory behind him. When he learns that the factory manager wants to sell Masha, he sacrifices all his savings to buy Masha’s freedom. As Masha leaves she promises to wait for him in Calcutta’s biggest Shiva temple at every full moon. Years later as young man, Ravi leaves the factory heading for the temple in search for Masha. But fate seems to have turned against their love and they are kept apart, until one day they unexpectedly meet again when their lives are so much different. Despite all obstacles they face, they cannot help but follow their hearts, and their tragic love starts anew...
