Order Despatch

Wondering when your order will be shipped?

All orders that contain all items that are “in stock” on the website will be shipped within 24 hours! If your order contains products not in stock - please refer to the timeframes listed on the product description page to see approximate time frames for how long it will take for manufacturers to send us your product.


I have an item that is a Pre-order or Backorder – when will it be shipped?

Items that are marked “Backorder” can take on average between 2-10 days to arrive in our warehouse. Please check the product page for more specific timeframes.

If you order multiple units in an order where some are in stock and some are Pre-orders or Backorders your order will be held for 5 days and if the remaining items have still not arrived we will send out what we currently have of your order.

Items that are “Pre-orders” will generally ship from our warehouse a couple of business days before release but please see “Shipping Of New Release Product/Pre orders” for more information.



New Release Product/Pre orders

Need a New release product on/the day after its release date?

It is highly recommended to select express post, so the delivery timeframe will minimally affect the receiving of time sensitive product. strives to have new release product delivered to our customers by the distributors official release date however, there are instances where we are restricted  from shipping some new release titles before the release date due to strict embargoes put in place by distributors, manufacturers or publishers. The official release date can be found on the product page of each item listed on


Shipping and delivery timeframes. uses Australia Post to ship its items. All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available.

Orders in stock will be despatched from our warehouse in approximately 24 hours via the postage method selected at the checkout. For products that are not in stock, please refer to the product description page to see approximate time frames for how long it will take for manufacturers to send us your product.

Depending on the type of product you are purchasing, will offer you the most budget option to send your order.


Letter Post- Sending an item through the Letter Post is not trackable and usually takes 2 – 10 business days.


EParcel Post- Regular e-Parcels generally take 2 – 5 business days for delivery and coming with tracking. Australia Post has recommended the last date for e-Parcels to arrive by Christmas must be despatched by Friday 11 December 2020.


Express Post- Australia Post recommends next day delivery in metro areas.

It is recommended that order is in stock and placed prior to 11am for next day express post delivery. Australia Post has recommended the last date for e-Parcels to arrive by Christmas must be despatched by Friday 18 December 2020.


International Airmail- uses Australia Post international Airmail. Please be aware that while this service does have tracking,  for reasons beyond our control, such as customs or reduced flights, we must allow up to 30 business days for international parcels to be delivered. When ordering for international delivery please note that unless otherwise stated all DVDs and Blu-ray discs on are formatted for the Australian market: PAL format and region 4. Please note that free shipping offers do not include international destinations.



Payment take a payment booking at the time the order is placed but the items are not charged until the goods ship. You can choose to cancel your order at any point prior to shipping and there will be no funds taken from your account. Sanity accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Sanity Gift cards and several Buy Now, Pay Later options as payment methods.

Customer Pick Up

If you live locally - save on time and money and pick up direct from! Our main warehouse is located at Greenway Wetherill Park (Unit 59, 1187 The Horsley Drive) Wetherill Park 2164, NSW.

How to organise pick up from warehouse:

  1. Place your order on
  2. When you get to the checkout, select shipping type `Pick up from Warehouse.’
  3. Wait until you receive an email and phone call to notify you that your order has been finalised.
  4. Come and pick up from us, it is easy to get in and out of and there is plenty of parking.

Monday to Friday  8.30am - 5pm

Saturday 9 – 4 pm

Sunday 11 – 4 pm


Sanity Loyalty Program - ELITE Points ELITE Points, are rewards points you accumulate as a member when you purchase goods from One point is automatically issued and credited to your account for every $1 (tax inclusive) you spend on products on

Once you have earned 250 points, you will automatically receive a credit of $10 towards any purchases on the website. These credits will be sent to you every quarter when our Loyalty Team process your points.

You can keep track of your points balance, their expiry date, and your points history via My Account.


Gift Wrap

You can choose to have your items gift wrapped for an additional fee. Items gift wrapped do not include a price on the invoice. If you want the gift sent directly to the recipient enter their name and address details for the shipping address.


Gaming Products

Please note that all games product will be shipping from our Games warehouse and will incur an additional fee; therefore if any of your orders contains Games and DVD/CD product, your order will ship in two parts. At this stage, we are also unable to offer gift wrapping on games. Should you wish to have other product gift wrapped – place them in a separate order. All games orders are sent via Regular Parcel Post, no other post service is available.



E-Vouchers, unlike physical gift cards, are only sold online. They are emailed to you instantly! E-Vouchers do not incur any delivery costs.
