Shipping and Postage

We Ship ASAP! 

If all items in your order are in stock, we will dispatch your order ASAP - generally same day! If you have ordered items that are 'Ships soon" or "Order Now" (including In Stock At Supplier Items) - this means that we need to order the item from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. If all things go to plan, generally stock arrives within 1-2 weeks (depending on the supplier and their location). If you have ordered an item with is "Special Order", we don't have an accurate time frame as we may need to wait for more to be manufactured - but this just means you've got yourself in line!

Partial Shipping

If you have ordered a variety of products that are and are not in stock, we will hold the in stock items for 10 days. If you have a pre-order product in your cart, you may be able to choose to receive your order items as they are available (i.e. opted in for partial shipping) at an additional cost. Partial shipping does not apply to international orders.

Australia Post Collect

Select a convenient and free local collection point at more than 4,500 locations Australia-wide including supermarkets, pharmacies, Post Offices or 24/7 Parcel Lockers with Australia Post Collect. In the checkout, choose the “Collect” tab and type in your suburb to see an available list of locations near you. Your order will be delivered to your chosen location and you’ll receive an email or text notification when it is ready to collect.

Domestic eParcel Shipping

Domestic eParcel orders can usually be expected 2-5 business days after shipping.

The website will calculate and offer you the best way to send your order.

eParcel starts from $7.95. Charges are based on the contents and the delivery location of your order. A flat shipping rate is charged for all packages under 500 grams.

Some items can be sent through our budget letter post service for $2. This service will be offered where available and can usually be expected in 2-10 business days after shipping. This service is not trackable.

Domestic Express eParcel Shipping

Domestic express post orders can usually be expected 1 - 3 business days after shipping.

Express Post shipping starts from $9.95. All express orders under 500 grams are charged at $9.95. Charges are based on the contents and the delivery characteristics of your order.

Australia Post guarantee next day delivery through their Express Post Delivery Network to the following zones in Australia:

Service guaranteed to township only.
Service guaranteed to Mail Centre Post Office Boxes only.

Domestic - Same Day Shipping - SYDNEY ONLY

Sanity.com.au uses Star Track to delivery Sydney orders the same day ordered. Orders must be placed prior to 1pm and all items are IN STOCK.

Same Day Shipping starts from $40.00.

Charges are based on the contents and the delivery characteristics of your order.

International Shipping

Sanity.com.au uses Pack and Track or International Express for all international orders.

International shipping charges starts from $19.95. Charges are based on the contents and the delivery characteristics of your order.

International orders can be expected within 10-15 business days after shipping but there may be delays depending on the postal service in the country you are sending to. When ordering for international delivery please note that unless otherwise stated all of our DVDs and Blu-ray discs on Sanity.com.au are formatted for the Australian market: PAL format and region 4.

Games Shipping

Game product orders are only available to ship to Australian addresses. All orders will be shipped by Standard Australia Post.

There will be a flat rate games shipping charge in addition to all other shipping charges that may be applicable to your order (even if your order contains non-game products that qualify for free or discounted shipping) and gaming products are not included in Free Shipping offers.

Free Shipping

Sanity.com.au will at times offer Free shipping. Free Shipping promotions only apply for eParcel/Standard Domestic Services Australia.
