JESS + MATT return with their brand new single for 2016 ‘Bones’. Co-written by JESS + MATT and Australia’s premium songwriting duo, Anthony Egizii and David Musumeci aka DNA Songs, ‘Bones’ is a new musical direction for the couple with a fresh sound that defines their relationship and the way forward for their career.

JESS + MATT say: “Bones” reflects on the overwhelming feeling of new love. We looked back on what it was like when we were first together and how completely consumed we were with each other. We were surrounded by friends in untrustworthy relationships, always assuming their partner was up to no good, and ‘Bones’ takes a subtle stab at those relationships with the line “… here’s my phone, I’ll unlock it for you" and describes a new love so passionate that you aren’t afraid to leave yourself completely exposed with nothing to hide.
