Created by TCN-9 executive Bruce Gyngell, Bandstand was hosted by the ever-charming Brian Henderson and set the TV standard for 14 entertaining years, showcasing the very best of Australian and international Pop and Rock'N'Roll music of the 60s and 70s. Celebrating two of the Australias most popular singers Johnny Farnham and Olivia Newton-John, this special presentation featuresa selection of early studio performances from the Bandstand vault including: Farnhams classic track Sadie (The Cleaning Lady) (1967), as well as In My Room (1967), Miss Elaine E.S Jones (1968), The Old Bazaar in Cairo (1968), Friday Kind of Monday (1968) and Underneath The Arches (1968). From Olivia Newton-John: Love Never Dies (1968), Today (with Pat Carroll) and Here There & Everywhere (1969).
