Paying homage to the band’s 1972 hit ‘Sylvia’s Mother’, which reached #1 on the Australian singles chart, the album showcases the many musical styles of Dr Hook. Across two CDs, the collection features some of Dr Hook’s most cherished love songs including the No. 1 smash ‘When You’re In Love With A Beautiful Woman’, plus ‘Sexy Eyes’, ‘Better Love Next Time’, ‘Sharing The Night Together’ and ‘If Not You’, as well as classic crowd-pleasers such as ‘Cover Of Rolling Stone’ and ‘The Millionaire’. Two additional live tracks have also been included on CD2, ‘Stoned and I Missed It’ and ‘Ooh-Poo-Pah-Doo’, highlighting the incredible live performances which Dr Hook was renowned for. As an Australian exclusive ‘The Wild Colonial Boy’ has been included as the final track on the album.
