Sony Classical is delighted to announce the forthcoming DVD and Blu-Ray release of Don Giovanni, starring Erwin Schrott in the title role and Anna Netrebko as Donna Anna. The DVD is a recording of a live performance that took place at the Festspielhaus Baden Baden in May 2013.

Described as “quite simply the leading Don Giovanni of our day.” by The Stage, Erwin Schrott performs in his most celebrated role alongside Anna Netrebko. The cast is accompanied by the Balthasar Neumann Ensemble with Thomas Hengelbrock conducting.
