Formed in Reno, NV in January 1980, 7Seconds were instrumental in the development of the West Coast Hardcore sound that influenced almost every future hardcore band, from Youth of Today and Gorilla Biscuits all the way through to modern bands such as Title Fight and American Nightmare. It’s safe to say that they pioneered the ‘Youth Crew’ sound. Their 1985 ‘Walk Together, Rock Together’ EP officially put them on their map with their positive lyrical content and message.
