SBS's highly acclaimed, hugely popular show Food Safari is back. With flavours and recipes ranging across five continents of the world, Series 4 of Food Safari opens with the many cuisines of Darwin, then travels across to the delicious dishes of Peru; into the rustic Mediterranean peasant food of Cyprus, across the many influences and islands of the Philippines, on to the rainbow nation of South Africa, through the colourful Asian flavours of Lao food, and into the hearty warmth of Polish food. Food Safari then uncovers the exotic spices and techniques of Afghan food, before tasting some of the best of Danish cuisine and finishing in the warm tropical heat of Broome and its own distinct creole cuisine. Its a delicious whirlwind of flavour so lavishly filmed you can almost smell it off the screen.
