In Between is a four part Australian SBS TV series about troubled teenagers attempting to fi nd their way through life in the inner city. Dealing with issues like drugs, abortion, racism, crime and relationships. this is the story of how they deal with issues and how they handle the expectations from their families. The focus is on four different teenagers each born from a different ethnic group, and how they cope with fitting in to life in Australia. Fatima (Turkish), Saret (Cambodian), Alex (Macedonian) and Angie (Anglo-Australian) all share the common dream of success, but are held back by lifes choices. A great time-capsule look at troubled teenage life and friendship in Australia in the mid 1980's.
