Janey and Lynne are determined to audition for the show, but Janeys strict and conservative father wont let her go.Lynne talks her into sneaking out and Janey impresses the judges with her gymnastic ability and is paired up with blue-collar bad boy Jeff. Together they compete against the obnoxious rich girl Natalie who has her heart set on Jeff and wants to win the contest herself.
